Sizing & fit
How do the sizes run?
True to the size chart on every product page, which lists chest, waist, hip and inseam in inches. Pajama trousers have elastic at the back only, so they sit where you tie them; if you are between sizes, take the larger — the drawcord does the rest.
What length are the robes?
The waffle robe is knee length (42 in, M). The linen robe falls below the knee (46 in, M). The satin robe is mid-thigh (35 in, M) and is meant to pack flat. Lengths for S, L and XL are in the size chart at the bottom of each page.
Fabric & care
How do I wash satin and silk?
Cool machine wash on a delicate cycle, in a mesh bag, with a gentle detergent — or hand wash. Hang to dry, never tumble, and iron on the reverse at low heat. Silk-viscose creases less than pure silk but will still crease; that is the fibre.
Will the linen soften?
Yes. The linen is washed twice before it is cut, so it arrives soft, and it keeps softening with each wash. It will crease — iron it if you like it crisp, leave it if you do not.
How do I keep the waffle robe fluffy?
Wash warm with a small amount of detergent, skip fabric softener (it flattens the waffle), and tumble dry low. It comes out softer every time.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Within 1–2 business days from Hawthorne, California. Standard delivery is 3–6 business days in the contiguous US, expedited 2–3.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $95 in the contiguous US, otherwise $7. Expedited is $15. Alaska and Hawaii are $14 standard, $25 expedited.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. California deliveries include state, county and district tax (10.5% in Hawthorne), calculated at checkout. Delivery charges are shown separately and are not taxed.
Returns
Can I return a set I have slept in?
Not for a change of mind — for hygiene reasons, sleepwear has to come back unworn and unwashed with the tags on. If something is faulty, that is different: email us with a photo and we will repair or replace it. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Can I exchange for another size?
Return the unworn piece and place a new order for the size you want — it reserves stock immediately, which matters when a run is small.
Will a sold-out colour come back?
Sometimes. We produce in runs of a hundred and forty-four pieces; email us with the style and colour and we will tell you whether it is scheduled.
